Sorry, The PRO1000 operator has been discontinued. The new PRO3000 is recommended as an upgrade - has a 650 lb. weight capacity where the PRO1000 was rated for 500 lbs. You can get more information on the PRO3000/PRO3200 here.

Parts for the PRO1000 are still available and can be ordered online from our replacement parts page found here.
