Multiple units can be added by using common sides, minimizing the number of panels needed. To add another separate unit requires only 3 more panels. This kennel measures 6' high x 12' wide x 18' long and is our heavy grade kennel, consisting of 9 gauge galvanized chain link with 2" mesh and 1-3/8", 14 guage galvanized frame.
You can see that the space between the door and frame is minimal (about 1"), so dogs paws are less likely to get caught.
The panels are preassembled. You need only to bolt them together with two fittings and two 5/16" x 1 1/4" carriage bolts at each corner. They bolt together in minutes. It is just as easy to disassemble and reassemble in a new location.
The corners are notched and welded, which not only looks very neat, but makes the units very strong and durable. Once these panels are bolted together, they can not be tipped. It is not necessary to secure them to the ground. *For shipping purposes we make panels 6' wide maximum and longer sides are created by bolting panels end to end.
