Blank Gate Posts For Ornamental Aluminum Fence
These posts are either a gate hinge or latch post, but do not have a fence section attached to them. These posts are called blank posts, because they have no holes for the section rails to slide into.
A gate post differs from a regular post by its heavier wall thickness, which is required to support the weight of a gate. Two gate posts are always required for each gate unless a column or wall is to be used as a post.
